Defiance Ridge Vineyards Farmhouse Wine Pairing Dinner [VIDEO]



Inspired by their desire to nurture people through food and wine, each month they’ll be hosting an intimate multi-course dinner in our modern farmhouse tasting room. Their menus focus is on American farm-to-table fare using the best seasonal ingredients, including vegetables and herbs from our on-site garden. The prix fixe menu changes every month in order to optimize the chef’s creativity and ensure that you’ll always have a one-of-a-kind dining experience!


First Course

Cherry Tomato Couscous Salad raw, fire-roasted tomatoes, feta cheese, chickpeas

Second Course

Italian Sausage Boursin Mushrooms seasoned mushrooms stuffed with creamy herb cheese Italian sausage, garnished with fire-roasted red peppers

Third Course

Chicken Saltimbocca free-range chicken breast, prosciutto, fontina cheese, served on top of sherry mushroom cream

Fourth Course

Terriyaki Beef Skewer grilled beef on a stick, glazed with an orange teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds


Petite Carrot Cake homemade, topped with cream cheese icing, candied nuts and drizzled with fresh caramel sauce
